If anyone who faced this knows what causes this issue or how to prevent this issue, please let me know I appreciate any kind of help. I could not find any issues regarding to this on any forums. I can easily revert this by resetting view settings however, I want to know if there's any way to prevent as this issue starting to affect my users randomly one after another.

However, not all PC faced with the same issue, as my computer Office 2013 was updated to latest version yesterday and it doesn't 1003 and they're all using same Windows7.
The users that were affected by this have the lastest version of Office update. Step 4: Click the email account that you would like to modify from the list at the center of the window, then click the Change button. Step 3: Click the Account Settings button, then click Account Settings from the drop-down list. Among 30 folders in outlook, aroundġ0-15 folders were affected and the other remains in default view. Some of the "Read" mails become Blue in color(same color for all affected users) instead of Default Grey confusing the users between "Read & Unread" emails and strangely, not all folders in Outlook were affected by it. I had a user who first reported me about this issue starting from 16th October. The issue is that inside Office Outlook 2013, some of the View settings changed automatically. Calendar Publishing to The Publish to feature and the service it uses are being discontinued on April 5, 2014. I always set default View Settings for all the users at work for Outlook and I'm very sure my users do not know how to change view settings like that. If youre familiar with Microsoft Outlook 2010 or earlier versions of Microsoft Outlook, the following list describes features and functionality that have been discontinued or changed in Microsoft Outlook 2013. I just happen to notice an issue at my workplace regarding about Outlook 2013.
